Lokar Hood Trunk Cable Release

Lokar Hood Trunk Prop Rods

These billet aluminum handle hood and trunk cables are a “U-Cut-to-Fit” designed . The hood release includes aluminum firewall fittings and cable stop. Outer housing is 18 " inside the car and 6 ' under the hood. Inner wire is 9'' long. Trunk release includes cable stop and an outer housing 15' long. The inner wire is 16' long. Requires cable-operated latches.

This billet aluminum and stainless steel, Adjustable Level Hood and Trunk Prop offers great looks and functionality to your ride. When the hood or trunk is raised, the Hood and Trunk Prop will automatically lock itself into position. There is a 3 and 6 level version. The six-level prop increases the opening by approximately 6 inches. The three-level prop increases the opening by about 12 inches

Windshield Wiper Motor Conversion Kits

Chopped Windshield Frames '32-'34

we have wiper conversion kits for '40-"48 Ford and '37-'54 Chevy. Kits are a retro fit for the original vacuum motor and come complete with wire harness and switch.

Windshield frame and ost kits from D.F. Metalworks features 1-piece cast brass posts and cold rolled steel frame. They may easily be chromed or painted to suit your tast. Kits come with hardware, tabs, rubber weather stri and instlurctions and will require welding and fitting. Pre-assembled kits are also available.

Specialty Power Window Wiper Kit

This universal Dual-Wiper Drive Kit has two wiper shafts that will accept arms that fit 1/2 inch fine spline knurls or arms that fit 1/4 inch shafts. The output shafts are driven by a remote mounted commercial duty 2 speed wiper motor with adjustable sweep from 90° to 160 ° in 10° increments. Dual Wipe Kits are available with 2-speed intermittent self park switch kits or 2-speed self park switch kits. THESE KITS ARE BEST SUITED FOR CARS UNDER CONSTRUCTION as some applications will requie modifications to original holes.

Windshield Wiper Arms and Bezels

Specialty Power aluminum arms (left) are available in straight and bent left or lright for below windshield mounting. Specialty also has a universal bezel kit and one for the '37-'40 Chevy. BIG AL'S billet wiper arms are available with either fixed (center) or adjustable blade (right) in chopped or standard street rod length.

Universal Wiper Kits

We offer a stainless 12 volt electric windshield wiper (left) that features an adjustable spring loaded arm. The 'T' roadster hand operated wiper (right) is chrome plated. An aluminum, chrome plated mount that clamps to the top of the "T" windshield frame is sold separately for the hand wiper.
