AC systems

We offer the complete Hot Rod Components product line of AC/Heater systems. In dash systems come with 10' of duct hose, vacuum controlled heater and shut-off valves, manual control panel and your choice of 2 rectangle or round vents. An optional machined aluminum, lighted Slide Bar control panel is also available. The Hypercool 2 comes with floor and dash directed air. It measures 21 x 8-1/2 x 7-1/2" high. The Performa Series is a heat and cool unit with manual control. It measures 16" wide x 11" deep x 4" high. The 4110 is 26" wide x 9" high x 7" deep. The 4111 (4110 with defrost) measures 18-1/2" wide x 8-1/2" high x 7" deep. The hang down heat and cool (4102) is 26" x 5 5/8" x 121/4" deep. It has 4 rectangular vents across the front .

BILLET A/C VENTS

The billet look inside your rod would not be complete without billet vents. Round vents are 23/8" diameter and have milled swivel slots.

These moderately priced A/C vents are plastic with a machined aluminum bezel. Available in round or 5" and 4" rectangular.

Sankyo 508 compressors work well for most coupes, pick ups and sedans. Available in plain or polished finish. The polished aluminum clutch cover (sold separately) will add the finishing touch to your engine compartments

Condensers are designed to fit most street rod A/C systems. One measures 13" wide x 22" tall has a reversible side or bottom hook-up. The 20"x 16" tall fits 40-48 Fords.

Driers are available in polished aluminum with billet mounting bracket or black pianted steel.

AC hose kit has necessary hoses and ends for most A/C installs. Kit includes #6, #8 and #10 hoses and fittings. May be ordered for polished or black driers.

This 90° heater hose end is 1/2" pipe x 5/8" push-on for the heater hose. It is ideal for that tight fit between the intake manifold and the AC compressor. Available in brass or chrome plated
