'29 Ford Track Roadster Pick Up Chassis
The Rod Factory Yrack Roadster starts with a Rod Factory, precision jigged, heli arc and mig welded frame engineered for maximum strength, ease of assembly and quality in appearance. They are built from 2" x 3" tubing and fit the 9 Model A body.. Body mounting holes have 3/8" threaded inserts welded in . The frame rails are 4" longer than the Model A frame from the firewall forward, and pinched so the radiator shell is flush with the outer edge.. Dropped axle front crossmember mounts a stock type radiator. Radius rods are used front and rear and Aldan rear shocks are standard for a better ride. The front axle has been moved forward of the spring to bring the front down 6" from our standard rame. Whether you are buying a chassis in one of the stages offered or a frame and components separately, we can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.
