Rod Factory engine mounting brackets for the installation of stock factory motor mounts into '28-'48 Ford frames are made of 3/16" plate. They are designed to be welded to a boxed or after market frame. Stock type rubber mounts for installing the Chevy motor to our engine brackets are also available.

Custom engine mounts are available for Chevy (left) or S/B Ford engines. They are a trim to fit design and are ideal for solving steering linkage and header clearance problems common with Ford motor installations. Chevy nounts are made of 1/4" plate and supplied with the early Ford type cushion mounts.The Ford engine mount is made of 3/8" plate.

Early Ford Transmission Mounting Brackets

This is the center crossmember used in our '28-'31 Ford chassis. It adds support to the frame as a welded-in crossmember and provides the convenience of having a removable transmission mount.

Transmission plates are made of 1/4" plate to fit early GM trans mounts. They are available for our '32-'34 reproduction frames or for 350 Turbos into '33-'34 and '41-'48 stock frames.

This transmission mount for original '35-'40 Ford frames is available for GM-350 turbo. A bolt-in rear support and upper plate are also available.

This tubular crossmember is made from 1-3/4" tubing. It has a 4" drop and is 34" long. The bolt-in version comes with flanges and 2" long crush tubes. Falnges are welded to the ends after the crossmember is trimmed to fit your installation.

Chevy Engine and Trans Mounting Brackets

Rod Factory engine mounting brackets install stock factory motor mounts into the '36-'54 Chevy frames. They are designed to be welded to the stock frame. The '49-'54 Chevy engine brackets are for use with our Mustang II front crossmember.

Our weld-in crossmembers with removable centers come with braces to form a 'K' member for additional lateral support. The '36-'40 welds to the top edge of the frame. The '41-'54 welds to the bottom edge.

Pick Up Engine and Trans Mounting Brackets

Rod Factory engine mounting brackets accept stock factory type rubber mounts. They are a weld-in design and require boxing of the frame. The '47-'54 Chevy and '42-'52 Ford are designed to work with our Must. II kits. The '36-'39 Chevy trans mount welds to the top edge of the frame and requires boxing. The Ford and '39-'59 Chevy trans mount bolts to the bottom of the frame.

These polished stainless covers fit over our stock Chevy motor mounts. An easy way to detail your engine.

Factory style rubber motor mounts for the Chevy engine and transmission are the early versions. The engine mounts are mid 60's Type II and the transare for mid 60's 350-400 turbos They will work on the 200, 700 and 4L60 transmissions as well.

Energy Suspension poly mounts for the Chevy engine make a nice upgrade from the rubber mounts.
